Pop-up restaurants are a cult of the 21century that have gained a considerable following in Britain since early 2000. Allowing individuals the opportunity to try innovative culinary delights.

Zeitlin & Co’s first pop-up in June 2013, the first of its kind in the Kosher food world in London; was a huge success! Adam Zeitlin wanted to offer a new kosher dining experience. The theme was “gourmet”, the two or three course a la carte menu consisted of a Chicken and Mushroom Terrine, Salmon Tian, Butternut Squash and Tofu Croquettes. For entrees Confit of Duck, Morrocan style Salmon and a Provencal style Vegetarian dish. Dessert, Vanilla Pannacotta, Chocolate and Passion Fruit Mousse and a country style crumble.

May 2014, Zeitlin & Co offered two consecutive weeks of Pop up’s at London’s N20. The first ZUSHI; sushi and pain asian fusion cuisine. The most popular dishes Seabass Furia Tempura and Maki Rolls Takuza, Wok fried Teppanyaki style Beef and dessert Sushi Dragon Roll.

The second week was ZANDOS, Zeitlin & Co’s informal Chicken dinning experience. Family style sharing platter for starter and main course were a huge success and everyone was able to select the chicken of their choice whether it was Hot, Medium or or Mild.
